Argynvost: silver dragon lord from the time when Strahd was still a mortal general in his father's army, vanquished by Lord Strahd's forces. His head was taken by Strahd as a prize and remained centuries later within the walls of Castle Ravenloft until we were able to broker an exchange for it so that it might be returned and finally put to rest.
	Vladimir Horngaard: leader of the Knights of the Order of the Silver Dragon, turned revenant after the defeat of Argynvost by Lord Strahd, and has spent hundreds of years stewing in his hatred for the vampire lord. He believes that Barovia is Strahd's place of damnation and that death is too good for the man, so ironically, he fights against any who would work against Lord Strahd in order to keep him imprisoned for all eternity. Not messed up at all.
	Godfrey Gwilym: Knight of the Order of the Silver Dragon and lover of Vladimir Horngaard, now revenant, found in Argynvostholt. Unable to move on into the next world because his lover's hatred is so strong, it is keeping all his soldiers trapped as undead as well.
	Lazlo Ulrich: burgomaster of Berez and the adoptive father of Marina, a peasant girl from the same town and reincarnation of Tatyana. She developed a romance with Lord Strahd but also attracted the eye of her adoptive father, who decided to murder her rather than letting her be taken by the vampire lord. In retribution, Lord Strahd destroyed Berez and trapped his soul and the soul of his co-conspirator within Barovia.
	Brother Gregor: priest of Berez, plotted with the burgomaster to coerce the village girl Marina into marrying him, and when she would not, preferring Lord Strahd over her adoptive father, worked with Ulrich to murder her.
	Baba Lysaga: marsh witch, believed herself to be the true mother of Strahd and tried to kill us for our growing relationship with him.
